On the subject of rubber boots-I'm completely OBSESSED with Hunter wellies from England!!! They come in a huge selection of colors-every hue in the rainbow, plus neutrals, and metallic silver! You can also buy Hunter wellie socks and little tassels to attach to the boots. Plus, they go with absolutely everything.
